Cremoso, con mucho sabor. Quizás para el 10 me faltaría que incorporara algo más de proteína vegetal, como tofu en trocitos. Se agradece encontrar opciones bien identificadas como veganas cuando viajas fuera, tal y como ofrece este restaurante. Arigato gozaimasu 🙏🏽 #veganramen

Amazing vegan ramen from this very popular restaurant in Kyoto. It is popular both among vegans and omnivores so expect a long wait prior to securing your seat: fortunately they are very organized about it so you can just leave your name and you’ll receive a number which they will call once it’s your turn. Once you give your name they also let you know how long the wait will be so you can decide to come back later or wait there. For us the wait time was 45 minutes so we took it as an opportunity to do a little stroll around the area. This is not a vegan restaurant but it offers 2 vegan dishes: this was the KYOTO BEANing VEGAN RAMEN, made with their signature beaning soup (Edamame soup, Rice soup, Daikon & Soycream soup), a special vegan miso soup, rice bran oil, Medium-thick wrinkled noodle (egg-free noodle), Fried buckwheat seeds, shiso leave, Fried carrot, Corn, wood ear mushroom, Green onions and sesame. It had a very rich and creamy flavor. All the ingredients worked really well together. It was so delicious I had no problems finishing the whole bowl which was a very generous portion. Nos gustó mucho, muy buen plato e ingredientes interesante. Aunque echo en falta que le pongan alguna carne de soja texturizada o tofu. [Sopa de Frijoles rica y cremosa. Sopa de edamame, sopa de arroz, Daikon y crema de soja con salsa de miso especial Sapporo Engine. Aceite de salvado de arroz. Fideos arrugados de grosor medio (fideos sin huevo). The soup was amazing. The soup was flavourful with, rice, daikon, soybean cream with ricebran oil. Enough said.

Piatto saporito e molto gustoso... Il brodo era buono e anche i noodles (si sentiva la qualità riportata nel menù). Ci ritornerei sicuramente!
