Lotus is an all vegan Vietnamese restaurant. This Kung Pao Protein was really savory, flavorful, and delicious! It comes with peppers, onions, cabbage, and cauliflower.

This Vietnamese restaurant is amazing! Everything is vegan! We had multiple dishes but the Kungpao protein was our favorite- it is so flavorful and delicious. They also offer starter guides for transitioning to veganism.
