I love Ippuku tea house and the exquisite presentation of its authentic #japanese dishes. This #teishoku set was on its ‘specials’ menu, consisted of the usual components like delicious steamed rice, richly flavoured miso soup, and fresh pickled vegetables, and it also had some tasty seaweed and carrot. But, the #shougayaki mushrooms were my favourite part! The sauce had a nutty, garlicky taste, and the oysters were cooked perfectly. It was very filling, too!
