This is probably a new addition to the menu because I don't see reviews for
it nor can I find info on it online. I am usually ambivalent towards keto vegan desserts because they can be very hit or very miss, but my friend got this so I decided to partake. It exceeded my expectations! Couldn't tell it was keto because the icing and buttercream were creamy and delicious and the sponge was moist and flavourful. Only minor downside is that in my slice the walnuts looked a little burnt, but it didn't affect the overall taste. Recommended if you're keeping your sugar levels down!
