Each ice-cream sandwich cost $8 and had a scoop of ice-cream tucked between two handcrafted
cookies! (I thought this was more value-for-money, since 1 scoop of premium ice-cream cost $6.90 and 1 cookie cost $2.) Got an oatmeal almond crisp cookie (slightly more crumbly) and a dark chocolate chip cookie (slightly more dense). I wish the cookies could have been chewier, but I guess they were made hard so they could be firm enough to hold in the hand. Fun dessert! Soy-free and gluten-free.
