Lovely flavour, it really reminds me of the kid's birthday cake. It has lots of
bits, as well as small chunks of cakes inside -- so much texture within a scoop of ice cream! The ice cream is really creamy and smooth too!

Loved this limited-edition flavour - pure vanilla swirled into the coconut-cashew base. Creamy with great
texture from the chunks of gluten-free vanilla sponge cake within. All topped with adorable rainbow sprinkles. š #veganuary
Pretty fancy to be called Birthday Cake, not really a fan as I prefer something
creamier but good effort to the interesting flavour.
