This was our dessert included in the menu. It was a kinako vegan ice cream. Kinako is soy flour. It had a very original taste and perfect gelato consistency. It accompanied with what I think was a caramel sauce which gave some sweetness without making it too sugary. A lovely way to end the dinner at this special restaurant. This was included in the menu price of 7,700 ¥ per person.
