
This was INSANELY delicious!! The dough was warm and fluffy on the inside with a delightful crisp on the outside. The egg yolk truly amazed me :0. It reminded me so much of an egg yolk (it literally popped) both looks and taste wise, it was just really yum! And hiding underneath the yolk is the almond ricotta which took it to another level! 😮💨🤤🤤Very very pricey but was such a nice treat!!
Been vegan for 13 years and eating this was the first time I ever felt like I was eating actual egg yolk..
Khachapuri is a traditionally Georgian dish (the country, not state). It’s bread filled with cheese and topped with an egg. This vegan egg is absolutely revolutionary, it “broke” just like a real egg and had amazing flavor. After spending 3+ years eating at over 200 restaurants in the US, this was hands down the best meal we’ve had. Can’t recommend it enough!
