This Pad See Ewe by Kati was soo yummy that I somehow devoured it all

in one sitting. I guess I was hungry, because the portion was very generous and I thought for sure I’d have a bit to take home. This dish consists of wide rice noodles marinated in savory soy sauce, stir-fried local collard greens, broccoli, carrots, and tofu cubes. I recommend leaving room for dessert though (unlike me), since they make their own coconut ice cream and also have an option of serving it with a fried banana ! 🍌 🥥 🌴 Next time I will for sure order dessert.

The pad see ew and the other crispy dish (I forgot the name) was delicious!


It doesn’t photograph well but it does taste good. The tofu egg added that traditional

flavor and the sauce was very tasty.

Big noodles with good amount of sweet sauce (not dry). The broccoli and carrots are

just slightly cooked and the tofu egg is super good! This dish is heavier on black pepper than most other places.
