This Pad See Ewe by Kati was soo yummy that I somehow devoured it all
in one sitting. I guess I was hungry, because the portion was very generous and I thought for sure I’d have a bit to take home. This dish consists of wide rice noodles marinated in savory soy sauce, stir-fried local collard greens, broccoli, carrots, and tofu cubes. I recommend leaving room for dessert though (unlike me), since they make their own coconut ice cream and also have an option of serving it with a fried banana ! 🍌 🥥 🌴 Next time I will for sure order dessert.
