Loved the wild rice that was served with the terrine. It had a nutty taste
and complimented the eggplant terrine.

An innovative dish as i never expect eggplant to be prepared in such a way!
The eggplant terrine is moist, soft but not mushy and has a rich umami flavour which i really enjoy. The wildrice was well seasoned and its natural earthy note complements the flavoursome eggplant terrine very well. I swear i will get this everytime i visit them haha.
