Jerky: Chimichurri

If I see chimichurri, I'm in! This vegan jerky is a bit tough, but it's really not what I'd call jerky like Louisville Vegan Jerky Co. is. I like to treat HB jerky like any other seitan. I fan fried these little rectangles and served them alongside buttery rice and corn. I topped it with Red Eye Hot Sauce jalapeno crema for a bit of heat and more flavor.
