Perfectly chewy and springy sweet potato glass noodles!! 🍜 (I loveee dangmyeon so much, so QQ so cute 🥹) Stir-fried alongside mixed vegetables including shredded carrot and cabbage, leafy greens, as well as sliced mushrooms, garnished with nutty sesame seeds. 🥕🥬🍄 Great fiery and fragrant wok-hey 🔥 albeit glistening in grease from the sesame oil. Non-veg family liked this the most! Perhaps the plating could have been better though hehe. (Low-key looked like they yeeted the noodles directly from the wok 😂) P.S.
