One of the best vegan dishes in the Twin Cities! The cauliflower is battered and
fried to perfection and the buffalo sauce is just the right amount of spicy.
I get the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings nearly every time I go to J. Selby’s. The
only time I don’t get them is if I get the Buffalo Soy Curl Wrap. The wings are crispy, the buffalo sauce is the perfect amount of spicy and not too much vinegar taste (which I often find in restaurants), and the ranch is creamy and delicious. If you can handle a little spice, I definitely recommend you try these! #roosterredemption
I’m not a huge buffalo fan, but a friend wanted to order/try them and I’ll
