Being a ramen lover, i knew had to try this after seeing several reviews here.

I

LOVE IT! The soup made with soy milk is thick and so flavorful, I finished it all. 🤭

I need to get more ppl around me to try this. Gosh.

Soy based soup is creamy but the mock meat is meh. $16.85

Mock meat was meh, nothing special. But I really liked the broth! It has the

richness and thickness of normal tonkotsu ramen which we hardly find in veg soups. Doesn't have the pork taste but still savoury. It was really rich though so it got jelak after a while.

I wish there were more variety inside the bowl though! It only had ramen noodles, the fake chashu, and some wood fungus. Would be great if there were things like tofu skin, mushrooms, seaweed etc so that it breaks up the jelakness. I love ramen so I would eat again!

My fave veg ramen is still the spicy miso ramen from Herbivore! (Fortune Centre)

This ramen is so good! Mimics the tonkotsu broth pretty well I feel, I prefer

this style over the thin veggie broth style of ramen. The 'meat' slices are alright, tastes a bit flour-y. Ordered it via delivery another time and definitely tastes better in store, plus they used a ton of plastic to package and wrap everything for delivery.

Finally got to try this! Super flavorful and rich broth that was really reminiscent of

tonkatsu broth. And tasted extra umami thanks to the porcini oil. Loved that you could also choose the al dente-ness(?) of the noodles too. Mock chashu was kinda underwhelming though but I would definitely go back and request to swap them for some menma instead.

This has been appearing in my feed and i finally get to try it. The

soup is rich. The charshu is thin and taste like soy meat. The portion is slightly little for me, guess i am too hungry that time😅 probably they can add in more ingredients for that price #abillionturns3

A bit salty and expensive, but the noodle and creaminess is nice :)

I was surprised at how well the broth mimicked the tonkotsu ramen broth and the

noodles were on point. In fact, the dish was nearly perfect except for that plant-based char siew which tasted like salty rubber. I’m sorry I’m not the biggest of fan of it but I really appreciate that the most important part of ramen, the broth, was executed well. I can think of so many variations the chain can do with this broth. I would for instance, love an unapologetic garlic and chilli hit. Would I order this ramen again? Yes for sure, but I’ll be fishing the plant-based char siew out of my bowl 😜.
