Plant-based Akamaru 1.0

Good try Ippudo! For me the taste is around 75% close the original akamaru i used to love. But if you're not tasting the original akamaru side by side you wouldn't know any difference. The chashu could be better tho. I was looking for a bit charring for the chashu.

Thick broth was yummy and my friends said it was tastier than the real tonkotsu soup. I hope they'll keep this on the regular menu! #VeganRamen

Finally tried Ippudo’s #plantbased #ramen!!! It was delicious ☺️ I did end up adding some chili in to make it spicier (I like my ramen spicy 🌶). Will definitely order it again!

The broth of this ramen is simply beautiful. My second time ordering it!

OH MAN. The broth is so tasty and the whole wheat noodles really add another dimension to it too. 😍 The mix of oils make this bowl of ramen so fragrant too. 💕
