Impossible Classic Cheeseburger

This was a slider sampler. The classic impossible cheeseburger is shown on the left. It was so good, but definitely get the larger burger because you’ll want more. #burger

Love this burger, the mix of flavors was perfect. Love the amount of vegan options at this place.

This is not meat and now my world is shooketh. Just your regular burger made from a 3D printer ... standard food manufacturing practises. In all seriousness, if someone told you they could tell the difference between this and a regular burger patty — they’re lying.

The taste was way too real for me, I got scared for a second and had to go back to the counter to double check. I’m not gonna lie it was pretty good, but it the texture and flavor are going to appeal more to somebody who is a new vegan still struggling with missing the taste of real meat.

Now, I’ve already had the Impossible burger many times, but there’s just something about the way Umami Burger makes their burgers that goes above and beyond my expectation every time. I loved how the burger patty was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside - honestly, I consider the impossible burger some kind of vegan sorcery since it tastes so similar to meat. Not to mention, the vegan truffle cheese I substituted in was sooo good. It’s burgers like these that make me so surprised when people say it would be too hard to go vegan!
