Grew up eating IKEA's meatballs so there's a lot of sentimentality attached to it and this plant ball tasted so similar. The flavour was almost completely the same, although the texture had less of a meaty bite (not a bad thing). The lingonberry jam helped make the dish more multidimensional too by providing a sweet and zesty...

eating the new meatballs in IKEA was abit sad because i couldn’t eat the

sauce + mash potato which made it a little dry 😒 when i bought a pack and made it at home (totally vegan), it was so much better ☺️
