I’d argue that this is the best dish at Idealite. It’s a derivative of the

Lei Cha (Fan) you’d get at older hawker centres around Malaysia, lacking the staple of roasted nuts and served with a more healthy side of carrots, long beans, cabbage, radish, chickpeas, and tofu. The tea condiment stays true to form and is really savoury. At 226 kcal, this is a really healthy dish as it is also really filling. Really recommended!

Inspired by @dafnelately I tried this dish! And it didn’t disappoint. What first sounds weird

- drenching your food in a sauce made mainly from tea - actually tasted very good! Mixing up everything and digging in was comforting, there were many tastes and textures due to the variety of ingredients.
