Iced Yuzu Winter Melon Soda

Blame my photography "skills", not the presentation of the beverage or my phone 🤦‍♂️ Anyway, do give this a thorough stir; the separation makes for a beautiful picture (with the camera in someone else's hands) but isn't how you want to consume this 😅 Both the #yuzu and the #wintermelon are very present for flavour. I thought the latter was an exquisite touch, first time I've had something of this ilk #fizzy 😋 My #sweettooth was pleased!

Refreshing cold ash gourd soda with a tangy citrusy punch from the yuzu syrup! I personally liked this as there was some sourness to balance out the sweetness, but my companion found it too sour hahaha. Goes to show it's really a matter of personal preference.
