An excellent waffle!! I've become a big fan of mochi waffles recently and so happy
to see this at Hvala. Crunchy on the outside and soft, mochi texture on the inside, complemented by the not-too-sweet ice cream.

The waffle is a bit on the doughy side, mochi adds an interesting texture. Suggest
to share as it can get overwhelming. Number 1 matcha ice cream is mild and not too bitter.
This was super delicious! The waffle was very fragrant and love the chewy texture. Ice
cream was soo packed with matcha flavour and super creamy! The little rice puffs on the ice cream added so much flavour to the dessert too!
Good for sharing as it's quite sweet & heavy to eat the whole thing alone.
Exterior is crispy with sweet, chewy mochi in the center with matcha ice cream with rice crisps & syrup. 😋

The mochi made the waffles have a nice chewy bite while being crispy! The matcha
powder, dried barley made it so much better!! Chef’s kiss really haha
a swap from the usual fluffy waffles! the difference is that it takes longer to
chew on this hehehee
Chewy just like mochi inside, while crispy on the outside! Cinnamon is quite prevalent in
the waffle, nicely adding to the matcha gelato it comes with. I also added goma gelato. Unfortunately they were out of all their pastries (Saturday brunch time) 🥲
