Our starter for the five-course meal was this #hummus made of #chicharos along with fried #garlic and spicy #guindilla peppers. Chícharos are a local legume similar to chick peas but with a milder taste, they were blended to creaminess to form a pool around olive oil that had been marinated with the guindilla (cayenne) peppers. The spice level was very mild, I bit into the peppers to ramp it up a bit. The #housemade #pita breads are were tender and perfect for dipping, I would have added one more per person maybe? The presentation is always so pretty here, with micro-greens and their special #edibleflower petals mix. If you ever visit #fuerteventura island, this 100% vegan spot is a must!!
The fixed menu changes weekly and this year (2025) is priced at 32,90€ which includes a beverage.
