menu is 100% plant-based. The dish you see here was an orange glazed grilled tofu served on a sourdough toast with homemade vegan nut butter and broccoli and cauliflower blanched in kelp stock! With a delicious ribbon of yellow zucchini. I got this with a beetroot cold pressed juice for $15. Pretty awesome deal for such a well prepared dish!
