This was divine! The chef caramelized the pineapple and then served with the most delicious

clove ice cream and tart crumbs which created a ton of texture. I'd eat this outside on their patio all day long! Just eat fast because it's hot out there! 😋🌱

It was my first time having clove ice cream and it was an interesting taste,

slightly savoury. I also liked the caramelized pineapple, even though I don't really like pineapples in general but in this case it went well with the ice cream and tart crumbs. Presentation can be improved as it's hard to eat off a plate.

the taste of clove in the ice cream was pretty subtle and paired well with

the other elements of the ensemble, though it would have been even better if the tart crumbs tasted more buttery! ☁️
