Good quality vegan tempura. Probably one of the few rare places offering tempura without using

eggs in their ingredients. Taste of the vegetables is fresh and top notch. Although I’d prefer less oil if possible. Sorry forgot to take better photos as the udon we ordered looked too enticing 😆 #taiwan #plantbasedtaiwan

This tempura is really good — big chunky pieces of veggies like eggplant, pumpkin, and

green bean. The batter is crispy and fluffy rather than heavy and greasy.


Always nice to find vegan tempuras! This one here is quite good! Contains lady finger,

eggplant, sweet potato, turnip, mushroom, pumpkin! Doesn't feel oily and vegetables are of good quality! Especially the lady finger.
