This was too long ago though I kinda remembered subbing peanuts for more petite sized #longbeans - that did not happen 👉 dark greens filled the gap instead. I thought it was a bit like Japanese Ochazuke お茶漬け (green tea in rice) but it’s completely different 😆 . Although the green soup really looks like macha it’s more like an herbal vegetable broth. Unusual taste but surprisingly tasty and cheap! Feels really healthy too.
