I love coming to Hiltl for lunch, but this time I decided to visit for
the Happy Hour. Together with our wine glasses we decided to order this platter thought expressly for apéro. The platter consists of the famous Hiltl tartare (beetroot based), a pea mole (a variant of guacamole 🥑 with peas 🫛, possibly my favorite part of this whole dish) and white bean 🫘 cream. All of this was accompanied with different kinds of breads and olives 🫒.
The price for the platter was 19.5 chf, but if you order a bottle of wine you can get it for just 10 chf. The restaurant is vegetarian (Hiltl is actually the firs vegetarian restaurant in Europe) but most of the things available are vegan so I’d say it’s super vegan friendly.
