I fuck*ng love #goma š This most recent time having it was an #abillionhacks stolen off @m1tch9i. In fact, so was the first from a time before we were even dating! I canāt believe itās taken me 6 months to get to this review š± Babe, Iām sorry if I misled you to think that you hadnāt had this yet! In any case, itās good enough to have twice š¤ but apparently good enough for me to remember! Or perhaps a perk of my insomnia damaged brain is that I get to enjoy delicious #ramen like this over and over again as if itās my first time because I always forget it š Whatever the case, this is really good! The #veganpork they have in place for #chashu is really impressive too! Even weirder to dine with a Muslim friend and see them eating it š Yet another reason for the world to go vegan!
Such a delicious umami flavoured broth and silky slurpy noodles. The vegan pork was interesting, very realistic, including a fatty strip which was a bit weird. Iād probably swap it out for more tofu or mushrooms!
The broth is so rich and flavorful! The noodles are springy too, and the vegan char siu did resembles the actual char siu. Wouldn't mind having this again!
Tbh, Iām a big fan of ramens šš» This one was really nice, nourishing broth (I think on mushrooms, veggies and yuba) and well seasoned, with delicious noodles and veggies and (I was surprised) with mock pork (tastes like paper- as well as the most part of mock meats, that I donāt really like), one thing that was missing itās spring onion šš» Vegan dish š±
Quite a good ramen dish, hoped the soup would be creamier but a good sesame flavour. There are a lot of noodles which makes it really filling. The mushrooms, tofu and mock meat were good too. A very wholesome ramen dish š I asked for no seaweed on top cos I canāt stand the taste. All their soup bases have seaweed but is barely noticeable - you can take that from some who is very sensitive to seaweed flavour 𤣠#abillionturns3
