The broth is so rich and flavorful! The noodles are springy too, and the vegan

char siu did resembles the actual char siu. Wouldn't mind having this again!

I fuck*ng love #goma 😋 This most recent time having it was an #abillionhacks stolen

off @m1tch9i. In fact, so was the first from a time before we were even dating! I can’t believe it’s taken me 6 months to get to this review 😱 Babe, I’m sorry if I misled you to think that you hadn’t had this yet! In any case, it’s good enough to have twice 🤭 but apparently good enough for me to remember! Or perhaps a perk of my insomnia damaged brain is that I get to enjoy delicious #ramen like this over and over again as if it’s my first time because I always forget it 😉 Whatever the case, this is really good! The #veganpork they have in place for #chashu is really impressive too! Even weirder to dine with a Muslim friend and see them eating it 😄 Yet another reason for the world to go vegan!

Such a delicious umami flavoured broth and silky slurpy noodles. The vegan pork was interesting,

very realistic, including a fatty strip which was a bit weird. I’d probably swap it out for more tofu or mushrooms!

Quite a good ramen dish, hoped the soup would be creamier but a good sesame

flavour. There are a lot of noodles which makes it really filling. The mushrooms, tofu and mock meat were good too. A very wholesome ramen dish 😋
I asked for no seaweed on top cos I can’t stand the taste. All their soup bases have seaweed but is barely noticeable - you can take that from some who is very sensitive to seaweed flavour 🤣 #abillionturns3

Noodles were all great (tried the ramen and curry udon), albeit on the pricey side.

Unagi maki was absolutely amazing. Loved it.

Unfortunately I didn't try the salmon sashimi because it contains dairy, but my friends did and they said it was just OK. Taste was decent but texture - wise not great.

Would be great if herbivore made all their items dairy free ;)

can’t remember the price! when the food came it looked pretty underwhelming actually, with all

the toppings hiding in the soup😂 but it was pretty good! definitely not like how jap ramen is like, but good on its own. would’ve preferred actual ramen noodles (the wheat kind), not sure what they used here but it was chewier than ramen. soup wasn’t too salty and was quite hearty! don’t really know how to describe its taste oops. oh but the pork belly thing was so cool there was a jelly layer that mimicked the fat layer HAHA overall not bad!!

Tbh, I’m a big fan of ramens 🙌🏻
This one was really nice, nourishing broth (I

think on mushrooms, veggies and yuba) and well seasoned, with delicious noodles and veggies and (I was surprised) with mock pork (tastes like paper- as well as the most part of mock meats, that I don’t really like), one thing that was missing it’s spring onion 👌🏻
Vegan dish 🌱

Hearty bowl of ramen. The noodles soaked up the soup a bit too much, so

I would ask for less noodles next time. I liked the sesame broth. The smoked tofu topping was nice as well.

Best ramen from Herbivore hands down. Loved the sesame base, they managed to make it

really creamy and the noodles were chewy and on point. Would definitely order again.
