Elote Corn

The elote corn cup is well seasoned, and flavorful with lime, chili powder, cilantro, vegan Mayo and feta. Tastes so good!

This was such a yummy side on a hot day with some vegan fried chicken! It’s made with corn, vegan mayo and feta, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, and Tajin spice.

Again it is so wonderful to eat somewhere where all the options are vegan so you can just relax and enjoy ordering any that carved your fancy on the menu. Their elote is a wonderful, and unique side option. I’m not usually wild for anything with cilantro on it, and I definitely ate around that, but otherwise it was wonderfully refreshing and light. And my husband absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend this or their mac & cheese over their tots. The staff at all of their businesses are absolutely lovely, and a pleasure to work with. This is a great side for the warmer months. The cilantro makes it so fresh and the feta is soft and creamy. It's in really nicely seasoned thin mayo sauce. #corn #vegancheese
