Before I went vegan, #bunrieu used to actually be my favourite #noodles dish, in spite of it being littered with #tomatoes and in soup form. I’m contradictory that way 😇 This would be the first I’ve had since adopting a #plantbased diet that truly made me go “wow” 😋 It’s the mildly warm #broth that does it for me ❤️ I got this as part of a #breakfast set & I can’t imagine a more hearty meal to start your morning with. Surprisingly, it came with a side of Laoganma #chillioil 😂 Not exactly authentic or suitable in my opinion, but cute nonetheless! It had a tonne of #tofu & #chilli and that’s all I can say of it 😊 It was lovely 🍜
