T’s TanTan is one of the most popular vegan restaurants in Japan and have several branches and products now! I have visited this branch in Tokyo station before (it is located inside the ticket barrier) and there was a queue as usual! On this visit, I went for a set menu which was called the “low calorie set” which consists of the Japanese Yuzu Ramen with konnyaku noodles and 3 pieces of gyoza. The gyoza is available as a side, 3 pieces for £320 and 6 pieces for £600. I would say that the gyozas are the best side option for me. The other sides are fake char-siu, a bowl of rice and fake cheese. The gyozas are nicely fried and just in general a nice standard to pair with ramen and you can’t go wrong with them. #veganjapan #japan #tokyo
