Can someone please tell me the secret to this !? This is probably one of
the best tofu scrambles I’ve had ! I added extra avo on mine and tell me how this dish could have gotten better ?
So I asked for my tofu scramble on sourdough toast (instead of in a sub),
and this is what I got. If you like it soft, eggy and gooey, you will love this. Sadly, I don't so I didn't (lesson: read the menu).
