Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

🌞🌞🌞 overall give this 3/5. It normally comes with cheese so needs to be #veganized and I was sure to ask for no butter on the bread a few times. This sandwich has definitely gotten better since the last time I had it. Everything is a bit of a mushy mess but it sort of works and makes for a pretty tasty sandwich. I think they use an olive tapenade as the spread on it which is also pretty good.

I really want to like Providore but their vegan options lack inspiration. I #veganized this sandwich by asking for no cheese. Super basic stack of grilled veggies on toast. I asked if they could swap out the cheese for avocado 🥑 but they made me order a side... $6 for half an avocado! #tryharder
