Grilled Beetroot and avocado

I love beetroot patties but this one disappointed a little as it was too potato-y. The sourdough wasn't amazing and the tomatoes were too chunky and unripe. It was certainly wholesome and tasted healthy and there was plenty of avocado to go around.
