Cedar Shoot Fried Rice

This has a very unusually enjoyable flavor. Not overbearing but nice 👍

The rice is not cooked , very hard n dried , tasteless

a decent xiang chun rice, but definitely not my favourite dish here. has a good ratio of mock meat to veggies and rice just like the other fried rices here, but this flavour is noticeably blander than the others - tasted a little undersalted too. so far in terms of non-spicy flavours, would rate olive rice > yang zhou > cedar shoot! #veganisnotscary
