Shanghai Noodle in Radish Soy Milk Soup

Loved the simplicity of these noodles in a very delicate but satisfying soy milk soup

with a touch of radish. They served this along with the #beyondmeat chicken but the noodles are more than enough by itself for a perfect meal!
