Classic HK “Pork” Chop with tomato sauce and vegan cheese (with rice — the same

purple mix as was in teriyaki bowl ❤️). Assuming it’s labelled partly vegetarian due to dipping/coating of the pork chop?

The classic Hong Kong dish of baked pork chop in tomato sauce, but it's with

pasta instead of rice which is a bit weird! Not that it tasted bad, but the pasta just doesn't mix with the rice as well. It's quite dense as well.


The sauce felt very starchy and wasn’t tomato-y enough.
