Is this cheese baked rice? It’s a western dish I thought. I find it nice with both rice or pasta. Don’t come across a vegan one often

@herbimetal Hmm it is! I think it was definitely inspired by Western influence, but pork chop baked rice became a classic Hong Kong style dish too (particularly popular and sought after in fast food chains).

Green Common The FOREST

The classic Hong Kong dish of baked pork chop in tomato sauce, but it's with pasta instead of rice which is a bit weird! Not that it tasted bad, but the pasta just doesn't mix with the rice as well. It's quite dense as well.
