Review of HK Pork Chop at Green Common The FOREST by moosewong
The classic Hong Kong dish of baked pork chop in tomato sauce, but it's with pasta instead of rice which is a bit weird! Not that it tasted bad, but the pasta just doesn't mix with the rice as well. It's quite dense as well.

moosewong @herbimetal Hmm it is! I think it was definitely inspired by Western influence, but pork chop baked rice became a classic Hong Kong style dish too (particularly popular and sought after in fast food chains).Reply
