One of my go-tos and possibly the most nutritious meal on the menu there. Absolutely
delicious and very hearty. It has to be good for you when it is made of that many colours. Romaine lettuce, curly kale, avocado, quinoa, corn, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, kidney beans, tofu and Omnimeat Luncheon with a peanut butter balsamic dressing.
