Kale and Butternut Pumpkin Salad

Kale was a bit tough to eat, but the butternut squash was a nice tough

A salad that is not only pretty to look at, but tasty too! We ordered it for sharing on top of our mains. Love the maple glazed walnuts!

$12++. The butternut pumpkin cubes didn’t seem roasted, and would prefer if it was more of a massaged kale salad. The sweet balsamic dressing tasted nice but if it was more permeated into the kale that’ll be even better
