Made using cashews and coconut with a dash of lemon, pretty 'cheesy' and tangy, with
a dense and firm texture resembling New York cheesecake. This is actually my favourite vegan cheesecake and is supplied from another business, but Green Common's version comes with an additional berry compote. My non-veg friend raved about this, saying he liked it more than real cheesecake! ($7.50)
