One might see this dish on the menu and think, how the heck do these

flavors go together? And thats what I love about the innovation of #GraciasMadre on this dish. Lentils, peanut sauce, coconut rice, avocado, pico de gallo, mango salsa; who knew how good these could be all together! What a great #allvegan restaurant.

The Bowl Dos 16 from Gracias Madre was hearty and filling with a myriad of

flavors - braised lentils and mushrooms with peanut sauce and spinach, served on a bed of coconut brown rice, and topped with tangy pineapple salsa and avocado. Love the untraditional take on Mexican fare, this was satisfying & delicious.
