Good Shine Slime

Pleasantly surprised at this dish, the tangy sauce complemented the yam noodles well. It was certainly a pretty dish that tasted good. The portion of asparagus was small though. Nutrition wise this doesn't have much protein.

This is Sichuan sour and spicy soup with “thick yam noodles” 🍲 Love the yam noodles, they’re very fat and chewy, very similar to sweet potato noodles. This place is very veg-friendly ☺️ Interesting and unique Sichuan-fusion cuisine, would come back again.
