Skyway Melt Burger

This a vegan version of a traditional patty melt made with Beyond Burger, locally made kimchi, vegan mayo, caramelized onion, and cheese on a crispy, buttery sourdough bread. Great comfort food, and well balanced flavors of the kimchi contrasted with the richness of the cheese, butter, and mayo.
