Goma Q

I first encountered this simplest of side dishes at Ippudo in New York, and I still love it. I'm not even a huge fan of cucumber really, but here it just pairs so brilliantly with the combination of subtle flavours from the sesame oil, garlic, chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Nom nom.
