Happiness is to taste all the good food with my good friend 🥰
The

ingredients were Mixed mesclun, cherry tomato 🍅 salsa, corn 🌽 salsa, organic black rice 🌾 , avocado 🥑, roasted butternut squash, mixed herbs 🌿 cashew nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and house-made pickled cucumbers. It were really fresh and yummy 🤤

Truly happiness in a bowl filled with wholesome ingredients, without compromising on taste. Added tempeh

for extra protein and filled my tummy for the entire day. Utilised the chope voucher during this visit, and enjoyed about 20% off the usual price. There’s 50% on eatigo in the evenings as well. Highly recommended! #sg

This dish caught my eye on the menu because of its enticing name and description.

It was beautifully presented. The vegetables, including spring mix, corn, pickles, and tomatoes, were super refreshing and crunchy. The pickles and pickle brine added a nice pop of flavor. One thing I found intriguing about this bowl, which is essentially a #salad, is that there is no dressing. Now this is great for people who are on a diet, as dressing is by far the most caloric part of salads. However, I personally felt like it was not enough food to keep me full and a couple hours later I got hungry again. I’m starving as I’m writing this review 😫 Happiness bowl? More like hanger bowl 😭

So overall I’d recommend this dish if you’re on a diet but otherwise I think it would be better to have one of the many other wonderful dishes available at #geniuscentral. This salad was $18 SGD and while it was yummy, it’s def one of those things you could easily make at home for much cheaper, and your money would likely better be spent on one of the more unique dishes that can’t easily be made at home, like the laksa or creamy mushroom pasta 😋 Next time I go I think I’ll stick to the laksa, which I had last time and really enjoyed. Or perhaps I’ll try one of their Mediterranean dishes!

I missed some protein on it.. 🍖. But apart from that it was tasty! Very

colorful as well, makes me happy as the name says 😊

PD: can't find emojis for plant based protein so just pretend that is mock meat 😂 ☘️

Excellent presentation! All elements of the dish worked very well and I felt full after

my meal! #saladsincbd

The dish felt fresh and light. The tomato and core salsa were herby and every

bite had a crunch of nuts. Loved the pumpkin. Added on tempeh and was happy with my decision. ☺️ Overall , a good dining experience, slightly expensive meal, but delicious food
18sgd + 1.5sgd for tempeh add on

Absolutely love the happiness bowl! The huge slice of roasted pumpkin and sesame coated avocado

made the bowl look really special. I think all the flavours in the dish came together very well. Also, I added tempeh.

I love happiness bowl from GC, but I always felt hungry pretty fast after my

meal (due to insufficient amount of protein).

I found a solution- just top up the dish with falafels!

Now it’s colourful, yummy and will keep you full for longer (:

It’s $6 for the top up and the dish itself is $18, though. I wish the price vs value was lower.

Newly opened entrepreneurial space that also has a very inclusive menu! I loved the pumpkin

and that everything had great portions. This was part of their current $11.90 promo which came with a dessert - just be sure to confirm that they are vegan! (ends up being $13.90 from service charge and GST)

Very light and healthy dish with vegetables and nuts and grains.
