New SG60 National Day special! 🇸🇬 The ramen broth was made with MIRACORE products from Japan (leveraging plant-based oils / fats to emulate the satisfying depth of traditional animal-based broth), and infused with bak kut teh herbs. 🍲🇯🇵 The thin ramen noodles were topped with 'meat', 'mutton', arbura-age sweet fried beancurd, shiitake and enoki mushrooms, beansprouts, lettuce, and chilli thread. 🍜🍄🟫 Served with dark soy sauce and cut chilli, just like the quintessential BKT dish. 🌶️ Interesting fusion Japanese dish drawing inspiration from Singapore! While it didn't taste exactly like BKT (neither was it intended to), it was a pleasantly harmonious bowl.
