I’m so #sickoftakeout and home quarantine but it’s meals like this that give me strength 🤩 This menu entry is sending #abillionhacks vibes when you can easily build a similar bowl yourself! Of course I’m just here for the crispy #tofu and the roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 It’s pretty pricey for what you’re getting, but I suppose that’s the price to pay for such a lux mix of ingredients 😋 I’d almost slap that #ecotakeout tag on it but alas it comes with a non-recyclable plastic cover. So close, though!

Decided to go with one of their 'presets' rather than building my own bowl. It's got a lot going on, so two thumbs up for value. But taste-wise it just wasn't that coordinated. Think I'll stick with building a bowl. Spicy bulgur topped with Cajun spiced tofu, roasted sweet potato, served with lettuce, wicked edamame, corn, tomato salsa chipotle with kidney beans (i.e. vegan gangstas) and avocado

Loved how crispy the tofu was, and everything was really well seasoned! Good balance of all the ingredients, and spice level was just right!
