This will also be a review of their gluten free crust: Crispy but didn't burn, easily broke when bitten, toasty flavor paired well with how savory/umami the Funghi Pizza is. Also has fired leeks and a slight bitter vegetalness from capers. Reallt good.

Slice slice baby! This has a pizza my heart! 🍕 House made melty vegan cheese covered in a lemon aioli sauce 🍋 Crispy and yummy! Got the gluten free one which is a smaller crust then the one with gluten. Super good! #veganisnotscary
