#oddburger #supportlocalbusiness #supportlocal #vegan #veganisnotscary #frenchfries To celebrate the lives of my dogs who have passed away, I always have a burger in their honour on their respective birthdays and on the anniversaries of their passing. Five years ago today, one of my beautiful bulldogs, Geddy Jr, passed away. So I celebrated him at Odd Burger. To complement the 2 burgers I had (both were reviewed moments ago), I also had an order of Fries. They were $5.49. I’ve had their fries before, but I didn’t remember them being so thick. This is not a complaint, as I was pleasantly surprised to see them thick. This is how I know they’re made from real potatoes. Other restaurants which shall remain nameless offer very thin cut fries, so I question their authenticity. According to the restaurant’s website, the Fries are described as “Delicious thick-cut fries with a crispy battered coating on the outside. Just a hint of cracked black pepper, garlic and sea salt for a perfect bite every time!” They were soooo good, a little malt vinegar and ketchup made these fries a little better. This fast food restaurant is 100% vegan, and it’s nice to be able to order off the menu without having to seek modifications or ask questions about the ingredients. I will definitely return and support Odd Burger.
