Fresh Spring Rolls

my favorite part of these #springrolls is the creamy warm #peanutsauce . that, plus they made them without #cilantro for me 🚫🌱 #betterwithoutcoriander one small problem - their servings are so generous, it's hard to finish lunch when you order an appetizer. when Covid hit, encinitas put up barriers and allowed restaurants to serve on the streets. It took away a lot of parking but it is now permanent and plum has created a nice outdoor space.  #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness and a cool bench 🐙

These are delicious and their peanut sauce is heavenly. They just started using brown rice wraps, which is a nice touch. Everything here is delicious. I have to admit that i pick the cilantro out of the spring rolls.
